We issue air tickets worldwide and arrange the visas that go with them — for families, students, business travellers and pilgrims.
Most of what we do is not complicated. Someone needs to be in Nairobi on Thursday, or in Istanbul before the end of the month, or has a visa appointment and no idea what documents to bring. Our job is to make that happen without the traveller having to become an expert in fare rules.
What we try to do differently is be straight with people. If the fare you are hoping for does not exist, we say so. If a one-stop routing saves you three hundred dollars for four extra hours, we tell you and let you decide. If a visa is going to take three weeks, we tell you before you book a flight for next Tuesday.
We keep proper records of every booking — passenger, route, provider, fare and reference — so that when you call us six months later about a return leg, we know exactly what you flew and what you paid.
